This is to advise of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of the Geelong Amateur Volleyball Association. The details of this meeting are as follows:

The agenda for the meeting;

1.    Confirm the minutes of the preceding AGM held on 28th October 2023
2.    Receive and consider financial statements in Accordance with Schedule 4, Part 70 of the Associations Incorporation Reform Regulations 2012
3.    Election of Office Bearers and Ordinary Committee members
4.    General Business

Nominations for Office Positions can be made using the Contact page on this website by stating the position being applied for. An application can be made for one only of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer or Ordinary member.

VVI Annual Registration

VVI registration is due every year on the 1st April. It is a requirement that you register to participate in Geelong Volleyball competitions, tournaments or training sessions. This process provides an insurance for you when you play or train.
